In my current job just nipped in play fights but it doesn’t hurt, you just play back.

But I’d been bitten really badly twice as a child, once on the nose and I needed surgery, second on the forehead/eye and I have really bad head scars haha (they have gone now almost as it happened about 10-15 years ago)
